You may return most items purchased from Naturehato within 30 days of receiving your order, provided they meet the following conditions:

  • Original Condition: The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original, undamaged packaging.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or email confirmation) must be provided.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Some products are non-returnable for hygiene, safety, or legal reasons. These items will be clearly marked as non-returnable on the product page. Examples may include opened electronics, consumables (e.g., cables), or customized products.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with instructions on how to return the item. We may issue a Return Authorization (RA) number to streamline the return process.

  3. Shipping the Item: Once you have received the return instructions, pack the item securely in its original packaging (if possible). You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an error occurred with your order.

    Please note that we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75. Naturehato cannot guarantee receipt of your return if it is lost or damaged during transit.

Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Shipping Fees: Shipping charges are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or you received an incorrect product.

5. Defective or Incorrect Items

You will not be responsible for return shipping costs in this case, and we will cover the shipping costs for sending you a replacement item.
